Insides

from Glass Wars by 1 Mile North

/
  • Record/Vinyl + Digital Album

Available for the first time on vinyl since it's release in 2001, this double LP features a high gloss finish, gatefold jacket and heavyweight 180 gram clear colored vinyl. Photos from the recording period span the interior of the jacket and the entire album has been remastered by James Plotkin for ultimate appreciation on vinyl.

The D side of this contemplative album contains unearthed material of old "sketches" and live recordings from 1998 to 2002, which were recorded in a Brooklyn sweater factory apartment. Some are cuts that never made it onto the first two albums, and others reflect recordings and improv sessions grabbed during rehearsals. The quality on these is raw and the playing is loose, the background noise of roommates, dishes, and doors creates a backdrop to everything worked on during that time. Limited to 300 copies and includes a high quality digital download.
